All experiments were performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Te kit detection range was 5–160nmol/L for T, 3–80ng/L for E2, 1.5–40ng/L for LH, 10–350pg/mL for kisspeptin, 1–48ng/L for GnRH, 0.2–9μg/L for NKB, and 12–500pg/mL for Dyn.
